Staying in Amsterdam Zuid neighborhood... there are many wonderful restaurants but this one stands out uniquely. My salad was so delicious and the service was outstanding too 😋 (2023-08-17) I had to come back because it was that GOOD... had 2 of my favorite things... escargots and sea scallops... I really enjoyed the food and the service. (2023-08-19)

very friendly staff, helped a lot with reserving for a big group. we ordered the onion soup and it was delicious! the fish was also good. fries were top notch. The steak also was really tender and the sauce was perfect. would definitely come again! portions could be a bit bigger. creme brûlée could be fresher with fresher vanilla. Tarte Tatin exceeded expectations as well.

It is a lovely French place in Amsterdam. Everything you can dream of in terms of national French cuisine is here. We did like the food and the atmosphere, however it is important to mention the food includes a lot of butter, typical French. Delicious French fries with steak and escargots.

Definitely one of the nicest decorations in Amsterdam! It’s super cute and chic both inside and outside. The food is absolutely delicious! I enjoyed everything that I had a lot! The portions are quite decent. The prices are a little bit high but quality-price balance is okay! The wine selection is not the best for such a place so it would be the only improvement in my opinion. This time I reserved a table inside but definitely will be back in a sunny Amsterdam to enjoy the good food in this cute terrace! Definitely a great French restaurant worth visiting in the city.

Good food all in all. Service was also good, just took awhile for the bill after our table was cleared. Had the steak tartare (a bit too vinegary for me), escargot (very good), coquille saint-Jacque (more like scallops with a couple purées, good though), frites (like McDonald’s fries lol) and creme brûlée (nice and light).

The atmosphere is very nice, everything rhymes with Paris to a certain extent. They serve good wines by the glass, the Saint Emilion was very good. I had the steak (bavette), i need it to put more salt but overall it was very good! The table next to us had the chicken which smelled very close to the ones in Paris. Service was good, very good in terms of timing given that it was full inside and out.

Super cute place! The terrasse really made me think of cute bistro from Paris. The service was great and the wine delicious! Food was tasty but the quantities (especially the steak frite, 4 slices of meat for 28€…) were deceiving. As a French person I know what a steak frite should look like in a plate and this was 1/3 of the quantity you would get in a bistro in France 😅 I’ll definitely come back and I hope next time there will be a bit more in my plate!
